Hopefully Cat gives her the beats cause the only way I see it happening is if Ronda loses. I wouldn't hold my breath tho. I don't like catch weight fights but they should agree on fighting at 140.

I don't know, man. I want to see the fight, but I'm also of the feeling that Ronda shouldn't have to go UP in weight to appease Cyborg.

There's no division at that weight in the premier fight league. If that fight were to happen, Rousey's more of the draw, she's the best at 135. No point in Cyborg coming in JUST to fight Rousey if she's not going to make weight. Let's say she beats Ronda. What happens to Cyborg after that?

Is Rousey/Cyborg going to become Mayweather/Pacquiao for women's MMA?
no anderson/gsp was, the boat on this cyborg/rousey fight long sailed. The last indicator was when cyborg couldn't make her bantamweight debut Dec 5. Its just mma fans are a strange breed, they just want to believe, still believe Carano will return:mjlol: still believe lesnar will return :pachaha: still think this female fight is possible despite what reality has shown :what:

UFC champ T.J. Dillashaw eyes superfight against a 'very predictable' Jose Aldo

"It was after Chad Mendes ' fight, we were talking about the fight and how close it was, and you know Aldo as a champion, and I just believe that I could beat the guy. You know watching his style, he's very similar to Barao, and I feel like I have the right style to beat him. And it’s just, me you know just playing with the confidence, and that obviously I know I need to hold my belt for a few more fights and look dominant once I’m done with Cruz, and make sure I’m dominant at 135 before I even think about going to a different weight class and try and capture another belt. But once I got the UFC belt I had to set to set some goals, and that was maybe be the first one to have two belts at the same time. And looking at Aldo fighting, I just know that I could beat him."

"My foot work and my style of fighting, I have a certain style that I worked on for beating Renan Barao and I feel like it could be very effective against Jose Aldo . I think almost, I wouldn't say easier; don’t get me wrong that’s a really, really, really tough fight, but Jose Aldo in my mind is a very predictable fighter. He does the same thing every time he comes out and fights, and I just have the belief to be able to come out and beat him. And that will take you a long way."

:ld: nobody wants to see that, dude needs to go on a run and build his legacy. Only person aldo should face in that division is Cruz.

Ps didn't really see any comments on it but what are ppls opinions on the Joanna Jędrzejczyk vs Cláudia Gadelha fight. Much like the Lawler/hendricks fight it seems the striker was rewarded the w despite being controlled for long stints by the grappler. While that fight could be a toss up this fight was not. I know it's females so no one cares but are we seeing a shift in mma judging or were these 2 recent fights coincidences
