I’m not sure why Jim is forcing this, no doubt he’s a good coach with, good acumen, but throwing yourself out there getting curved by everyone is a bad look, and a call to just relax, i get it, you’ve done what you needed to and are looking for what’s next, plus the grind of recruiting is a young man’s game, but at some point shyt or get off the pot, i know wards in a position where he has to give leeway but it’s like what are we doing here
Yeah this is starting to wear on the fans, recruits, and probably the team. Jim is obviously the one pushing this.

I said this before TCU, had we won it all I was 100% confident he was leaving. It’s not about a contract with Michigan, it’s not about the money. Jim just wants to be a NFL coach that it seems now he will take ANY situation.

I want him back but if this continues in the next couple of days he should probably leave. The new coach will be on 3rd base but the thing is it doesn’t seem the NFL wants him right now.

It’s a process, but the thing about it, he needs to be realistic about his market value, if you begging hang it up

Warde has an impossible job. Jim is under contract, he doesn't have to leave unless he wants to. Warde was against firing Harbaugh after 2020, he isn't going to be the guy who fired Jim Harbaugh after 2 successful seasons.

Everything about this hurting the program is true, but there's still no realistic solution until after NFL openings start closing. Jim's next contract should have the most absurd buyout imaginable. That probably means making him the highest paid coach in college, but fukk it we're Michigan.

He just turned 59 and his window to go back to the NFL is closing. That's probably why there's this urgency and why he decided to use his brother's agent this year, his usual method failed to land him the Minnesota job. He still wants to coach, so he has no problem coaching at Michigan in the interim or to retirement.

If Harbaugh or whoever coaching next year takes the handcuffs off this offense it’s a wrap for the Big Ten. I mean it’s a wrap anyway but winning every game by 30 wrap.

we won every big 10 game by an average of 3 TD's. Now if you mean being more aggressive earlier in games yeah. JJ has to get better he'll have the entire spring which he didn't have last season. More Blake DE on the field at the same time (incorporate JJ more into the run game) the problem our offense has it's only one football :beli:

He just had knee surgery, I doubt he could even do the combine. And he's getting paid right now. Not a bad decision.
He wouldn't be able to go through the draft process he's a day 2 pick. I don't think fans understand Blake making NFL money now at Michigan off the NIL

Poor decision by Corum honestly. Harbaugh gonna run you into ground before you touch NFL. But good for Michigan
Well, with Donovan's full emergence Blake should receive less carries.

I know, I know should is a lot when it comes to Harbaugh.

You'd think they'd diversify the play calling given what JJ showed in the Fiesta Bowl.

He's no longer a first year starter, if not next year when?

Most those games were close at half for no reason. Like Rutgers, State and Nebraska. Line Don in the slot, incorporate more RPO’s, give JJ the ability to audible at the line and motion at the line of scrimmage to unlock coverage, there’s so much this offense isn’t doing.

TCU coach called our offense vanilla and predictable in so many words. Joe Klatt and the MgoBlog guys same thing. We need to unlock its final form. Harbaugh needs to let go and let JJ make mistakes early so we aren’t throwing pick 6’s in the playoffs. JJ had maybe half the reps passing as every QB in the playoffs. Imagine if he’s getting 25-30 attempts a game what he will look like.
