Your boy EJ finally agreeing with Sam about something big. Apparently certain recruits haven't visited the school they committed too all season and a very important OC might be getting a HC job at his alma mater. Am I dumb for even entertaining this? Probably @Trust Me
Whoever manages TOs will win. Chiles been itchin to have a multi pick game, he should've had two vs. Iowa last week but the gimme pick was dropped. I don't think it'll be pretty either way. I expect MSU to win, but I won't be surprised if we have costly TOs that make that not possible
Apparently he flipped to Michigan last week.. and he didn't want it to get out before he informed the UGA coaches. He told EJ as much. But then somehow, the UGA staff caught wind and they called him and up and convinced him to stick with his pledge.
"Our Georgia insider, Rusty Mansell just posted that Michigan was trying to flip Top 100 CB Shamari Earls away from Georgia this week. That is true. But it was more than just a push. Everyone here knows how close I am to Shamari. He messaged me on Tuesday, told me he flipped to U-M and said we would talk the following day for a story. The problem was Shamari hadn't told Georgia about it. Georgia had a call with Shamari last night, which Rusty mentioned, and now it looks like he is sticking with the Bulldogs. Michigan will keep trying here and do its best to get him on campus this weekend for his OV, which was in the works to happen before last night's call with UGA. I think the family prefers UGA."
That was today at 11:30 am. EJ was almost positive that he wasn't gonna make it in for Sparty this weekend. But then around 4pm, Earls reached out to Wiltfong and told him he'd more than likely be there regardless.
I think the kid wants Michigan but for whatever reason.. the parents want UGA.
