I'm not that interested in it so far but I actually think it may do well. I mean they even have Batman Alpha "Gotham" coming on Fox in the fall with heroes and villains before they became heroes and villains.

they are trying to be smartasses I think they think with the universal success of batman ppl want to see ordinary folks in extraordinary adventures. It was a major reason iron man 3 was tony stark playing james bond

I struggled to get through episode one of Agents of SHIELD.

I will not be watching this either. Off the top of my head I can't think of one hour-long ABC has that is good, so there's no reason this will be.
