Herb Must Be Blowing Dolan

I Know It Sounds Real Petty bytching About An Assisting Coaching Position But That's A Major fukking Job

We Had Tom Thibodeau On Our Bench For Seven fukking Years

"During his tenure with the Knicks, Thibodeau helped the team set a then-NBA record by holding 33 consecutive opponents under 100 points in the 2000–01 season. As part of the Knicks coaching staff, he also helped Van Gundy to coach the Eastern Conference All-Stars in the 2000 All-Star Game. He spent seven years with the Knicks"

We Let This Guy Go In 2003 And Immediatly Hired Herb Williams In 2004

And He's STILL Here

Let That Sink In For A Minute

Sure Us FANS Probably Didn't Know What We Had In Thibodeau Back Then But You Would Think His BOSSES, The "Great Basketball Minds" That They Are, A Bunch Of Professionals Surely Would Have Seen Something

Herb Is Here Until HE Chooses To Leave

Herb Williams?:laff: I don't think keeping or casting off Herb changes much and I thought he works with the Knicks big men showing them post moves and whatever. While he's no Olajuwon he's a respectable enough big man to teach younger players a post game.

Granted It's Not A Major Issue Of Concern For Us But It's Pretty Irritating To Think Of The More Useful, Better Basketball Minds That Could Have Occupied His Spot On The Staff
