Or someone who watched the last season. Yes, I saw what happened with a Davis and Bibby, and that's how we beat the shytty teams.

You guys are getting VERY angry. I did not realize Melo was so loved on here.

So its nice, that not we got a competent point guard. Who has maybe 2 years left in him. Instead of a rising star who would have been loyal to the team and continued doing what he was doing.

I'm not angry at all... I just don't understand your logic. Did my response seem angry?

But why do you keep ignoring the fact the we have Raymond Felton... someone who until recently put up decent numbers... and the same numbers as Lin the first time he was in NY.

But you keep bringing up Jason Kidd... who is the back-up point guard. Unless your saying that Felton only has 2 years left in him? :childplease: And even if Kidd does only have 2 years left in him, you do realize this only a 2-3 year plan right? If it's not working after that... more than half the team is probably out the door, either through free agency or via trades.

:wtb:Felton is 28 so he's got 2 years left ? You realize in NYC he averaged 17 and 9. Then he averaged 6.5 assists on a bad year .
Why you ignoring that melo carried us into the playoffs ? Your a casual fan admit it

No. I have no idea what you're talking about. This isn't about Lin... Its about finally finding something that works, and throwing it away.

I didn't mean to ignore the point about Felton. I just believe when you find a formula, you stick to it. The Knicks management are very bad at that... And have been consistently. There are also psychological factors that come into play which would make keeping Lin a good idea, considering NY is where he rose to stardom.
