Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Can't blame the Knicks for passing up on Lin, but who knows, maybe Lin comes running back and tries to work something out :leon:

Can he just not go to houston and take waht ny was originally offering for the sake of playing in the big apple?

Its not too late and i refuse to have my summer ruined.

Lin is still a cash cow. I have a hard time believing Dolan is willing to give that up for the good of the team. Never trust Cablevision!

The question is... Why did Lin sign such an onerous offer sheet with the Rockets if he wanted to play with the Knicks? He should have just signed the 4 year, 30 mn deal...

Lin and his agent obviously believed those rumors that the Knicks would match any offer and got greedy. Now they're thinking of all the endorsement money they are going to lose like :to:

No! to Grant Hill.

Of course we put Jeremiah Rivers' weak ass the summer league team...the Hoosier connection with this team is ridiculous.

I doubt we get Hill, but if we do, wouldn't we literally have the 4 oldest players outside of Juwan Howard on our roster?

Rajon Rondo
Josh Smith
Al Hortford
Monta Ellis
LaMarcus Aldridge
Kevin Love
Tony Parker
Manu Ginboli
Marc Gasol
Jeremy Linsanity Lin

^^ next season these players will be making less than Lin's Year 3 amount

Thanks for the research....one of these names seems entirely out of place.

The Knicks are still deliberating whether they can pay Lin more than $25 million over three years, but two sources within the Knicks organization tell ESPN's Stephen A. Smith that the Knicks will not match the offer.

Lin's a goner.

Lol so true. Landry Fields got lucky and was tossed a life saver by Toronto. NY made Lin and he decided to get greedy. If we lose him such is life. Im more concerned with the abundance of old nikkas we got on our squad. :beli:
