ya if I remember correctly tidal offered them better money in the “short term” but joe seemed to allude to they wouldn’t own as much or would have less creative rights...something to that effect...cuz I remember him saying he was “proud” of mal and rory cuz he thought him not wanting to do the tidal deal would be cause for a fight but they were all on the same page regarding it being better in the short run...but spotify potentially being better in the long run...I think the tidal deal might’ve been more money for more years...I think they overvalued the ability to be able to renegotiate rather than be locked into a long contract...of course that’s easier to say in hindsight...they didn’t expect to be “contending” with the obamas and joe rogan

Rogan will still upload to YouTube but it will be delayed for a few days.For almost a year he stopped doing live pods(except the fight companions) and would just upload them everywhere at the same time. I was thinking it was related to censorship because in videos certain words are bleeped and edited out. Words like racism, sex, fukk, shyt, bytch, and others. Joe Rogan also has another YouTube where it’s clips from the podcast broken down about the subjects those pull in big numbers too.
