What I find extremely telling
Is that so-called #BothSiders ALWAYS go in on Democrats.
They willing to reach and use unsubstantiated rumors to push conspiracy theories to discredit Democrats.
And when it’s time to discuss Republicans (Trump basically),
they start talkin bout his “charisma” to justify voting for him because “ppl are attracted to charisma”
Like WHAT?! That’s all you nikkas got?
We had brilliant minds and still have ppl to talk REAL politics and explain shyt to Black ppl and THIS smart dumb nikka “whatever” approach to the elections is all they have to offer with their huge platform.
Shyt be insulting to me.

I blame the rest of the cast honestly and partially Joe. Joe needs someone he can be silly with and that he can go bounce jokes off of. Ish is too serious, Ice is too sensitive and a wet blanket always trying to keep Joe out of trouble. That's why Flip was a good addition at first cause it at least gave Joe somebody to play off.
Chemistry is some real shyt. We all got them certain friends that bring that energy out of us and then others where they are cool but it just don't hit the same.

That's why I fukked with Foxxhole's approach way back in the day when Obama ran. They'd get their jokes off and show support for Obama and even had Corey Holcombe's dumb ass on there saying voting is for suckers. But then they'd bring on actual political analysts to discuss things in an intelligent way and explain the difference with the candidates. They'd also debunk lies that were put out to keep people from voting.What I find extremely telling

Don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed this version of the pod as well and to your point, any highlight reel can make anything look good.
I'm sure my judgment is clouded by sone of Joe's efforts this year. I've mentioned it before, but there are episodes where his demeanor indicates he doesn't even want to be there or doing it. Even when that was the case with the old co-hosts, his energy and engagement was better. Him getting older and being "brand aware" has changed his performances as well.

I'm 15 minutes deep and it ain't hitting for me personally. For instance, Ice being slow on the convo of the woman being in a coma then having a baby. Had a chance to be funny as hell but Ice got all salty and killed the whole energy. I also wonder what role the studio plays in it since they aren't as on top of each other. The old pod was more fast paced too. In all these clips its a minute or two of some boring ass convo before getting to the jokes.
Think thats only like Sept-Oct 2023. There’s more on the page.
Both crews had their highs & lows. I prefer them all on their current pods. Once the friendship is gone it could’ve never been like before.

The pod sucked for like the last year with R&M so I agree with that. Mal was bringing the pod down just being on his phone the whole time and not talking. I think he was the X factor for the show and once he checked out it wasn't worth watching.
