I think he meant it in the sense of Ish’s entrance into the pod was immediately x amount of dollars. His “entry” anywhere else wouldn’t match that dollar amount, he’d have to work his way up to that.

The guys took “entry level” as if Joe was saying the job he does as B Mic is bottom tier entry level work like working the mailroom at a law firm. It isn’t. But that was the disconnect

The problem is Joe thinks he's a Tech/Fortune 500 company acting like it takes a PHD to talk in front of a mic and wants to tell someone what they should be making when all this shyt is just talking into a mic and having engaging convos. Joe's is purely uneducated and uses terms incorrectly in the wrong situation to try to make a point. He always does this "look up the definition of..." b/c he simply doesn't know and more than half the time he be wrong. He belittles anyone that can bring knowledge to a situation (IE the Black History month segment from a few years back) to make up for his lack of knowledge. Again the ego of this nikka to even use "entry level" like the podcast is in Silicon Valley or that the podcast is a "network" when them nikkas can't even tour like Joe and company use to do.

There was plenty of people who had a problem with how he did R&M, some people excused the shyt because Joe claimed they didn't add much to the podcast. Now that it looks like the same thing is happening to Ish, Joe can't use that excuse anymore because Ish is the best thing that's happened to the podcast in a long time.
