Ish was destroying Joe :mjlol:
The best peice of content in a very long time.

Joe doesnt value ish and is taking advantage of his main hustle as a crutch to not pay/hold him Hostage. He thinks not suing his boy is a favor and not what it really is, which more money and time loss going to court. Its a thinly veiled gesture of endearment

But this is just an A1 example of why business and friendship/family is a lose lose.

Emotion and past experience just make shyt messy.

Ish was eating joes cake. That piece of just equating how his opportunity cost compared to joes is the same in value was brilliant.

I'm admittedly gone sound like a woman with this statement, but Joe straight up has an abuser's mentality. Joe admits that the R&M situation almost ended him and he had nowhere else to turn. Instead of looking inward and changing his behavior so that his new partners don't want to leave, Joe instead wants to make it so that contractually they can't leave. The same way abuser's try to isolate their partners and make them dependent so that they have nowhere else to turn and are stuck with them.

Naah, this analogy is a 100% accurate.

Joe is a clear example how abusers have recognizable behavior patterns in different aspects of their life with different people.

Instead of breaking the cycle by changing themselves, they just try to find ways to change external factors so they can exhibit the same problematic behavior with more control.

Lol yo you save a nikka's business and he calls you 'entry-level' to your face. This nikka is too stupid to understand how disrespectful that is

I thought it was disrespectful how he told Ish

“ I can’t be fighting with y’all nikkas about normal corporate America shyt”

Severance pay is about as normal as it gets in corporate America.
