Joe's personality is jarring. And it;'s annoying when the others like to dive into a convo, but if Joe lost interest, then he basically tells them to shut up and move on, but then will get mad when they don't put in their two cents.

The way Joe's personality is set up, I feel like only but so long people can last with him. Especially in a business relationship.

That was the contract conversation between Ish and Joe where Ish is saying that if there's clause in the contract where Joe can fire him for any reason then he wants a clause that he can quit whenever he wants.

I got to that point months ago. Just hearing Joe's voice started to aggravate me so I gave it up completely. I'll try and episode if it gets really hyped up and a couple were good. Just not enough consistency to listen on the regular.

Like they’re there voluntarily and he’s being a nice guy paying them. If he feels co-hosts aren’t necessary and thinks they’re an unneeded expense, why not just go solo?
