This shyt about audio/video moving so quickly and freely is super wack for them cause now you'll have people like Shaderoom just looking for any black man to say a stupid joke and try to make it seem like it wasn't just that. No context, no asking for comment, nothing. Saying stupid and outrageous things have been part of both guy and girl talk comedy since forever.

The whole thing about this pod is that it's supposed to feel like it's a couple of good brehs talking shyt, cracking jokes and covering sports, hiphop and piff

U can't pass something like this as comedy when it's his truth, cause he's tries to be PC and pandering to women.

Joe a control freak, in true Virgo fashion.

Ish and Ice are his friends but Joe likes being the "star" of the show, socially and professionally, and both Rory and Mal wanted more for themselves than to just be role players. If Ish and Ice started to branch out, more opportunities will be thrown their way, more networking and connections, more people putting them up on game and then their options start to grow which gives Joe less control.


He wants to keep them under his thumb, just like major labels do with their artists, because its how you get the most out of them.

Yup. Notice how he ignores or doesn't laugh regardless of how funny a joke/comment they say. It's weird as fukk but when you think you're the star, you're the only guy who can make The Joke.

I’m not copping pleas, I’m saying that dudes talk a lot of ridiculous stuff on that show, I take everything said with a grain of salt. I don’t take everything except such things that can get you canceled, with a grain of salt as these trash media sources do.

Exactly. Any business with employees has to account for attrition. Something like a podcast really isn't different. Eventually, your employees will have the opportunity to find what they perceive to be a better opportunity. Or, put another way, the easiest way to get your people to buy in, is to give them something to buy in to.
