The resentment is building no question. On one hand you got Ice who is using his newfound platform to make money, get his name out there, build a fanbase, etc...basically all the shyt Joe complained that Rory/Mal weren't doing. Yet as a supreme narcissist Joe looks at the success and says this nikka is using my platform to springboard into shyt that I'm not getting a dime from. On the complete opposite side you got Ish who is basically becoming Mal 2.0. Utterly useless and offers next to nothing to the show outside of a few inspired moments.
The Ak and Tsu eps were easily the most interesting shyt he's done in months and Joe has to know it. He's not gonna get Ak as a co-host obviously, although they may do some separate venture at some point. But I'd imagine he's thinking about replacing Ish, and waiting for an excuse to push Ice out.

Baby has some moments for real. But they are just moments. The other 75 percent of his catalog literally just runs into each other. Some of these dudes really, realllllly need to get out their comfort zones.
Out of curiosity I put on Chief Keef 4NEM while doing some doordash to make a little extra cash for my son's bday party coming up, and HOOOOLY shyt it got my attention. Still largely limited in content but when you add just a few wrinkles in that that largely drill production its more than enough to just make him SOUND different.
That is NOT present in most of Baby's shyt, but ill reserve judgment for the new shyt. Hope it isn't handled by QCs Great Value production B-team

I like this iteration of the pod a lot. If he changes it again I might be a lost listener because there are a lot of other "pods" I fuxx with too that are creeping up.......Drink Champs brought me into listening to podcasts and if Nore keeps killing it with the big interviews they might just creep back into my favorite podcast
