Saweetie is prolly the one of the worst female rappers I ever heard and she still got fans. Shorties just love ratchet Thot shyt over uplifting shyt. My issue is they lie about it. Same way they complain about WNBA’s lack of support and blame men yet men watch more WNBA than they do. Lol

I actually don’t think Saweetie has any fans I think she’s getting an incomprehensible amount of resources sent her way by the label.
Most fans of rap like fun music. I’m interested to see what this Latto project does because she has talent but I don’t think her music is fun.

I actually know a few women who like Saweetie but for the most part I agree with u. On the flip side I feel the same way about Megan. A LOT of women I know are tired of her music but she gets this crazy push. U can even check comment sections. Women tired of her shyt. Lol

I agree Meg sound is played, she can rap but she’s not talented enough to consistently make good music on a mainstream level.
Her push made sense tho, she had a following and hits she’s just overall terrible at making music and picking beats

now she has this clear Doja cat ripoff song that was given to her by the label
Yeah I never heard any of her songs. I know she was on the JD TV show. But I like her personality on this interview. She seems nice.
Based off this interview, sounds like she grew up in the industry based off her dad's connects being a D-boy in Atlanta.
