The difference between Cole and Kendrick who are exceptions to female rappers is the diversity in male rap fans.

There are not enough fans to sustain an artist on the mainstream like no name and Tierra wack

Not to mention the number of broads that like Cole and Kendrick.

Noname was dope as fukk imo, but I can hear it in her music and personality that her fan base would be slim even if she was completely indie.

As far as Cole with clothes, that's more an exception that he'd rock a 500 buck hoodie than a 100 buck one.
