Damn, hate to hear that. You have a 6S/6S+? iOS 9.0.1 actually improved the Coli for me on Safari on my 6s+. At first, I was getting smileys all in the reply area and in random places all over the site.
took it back and just have an iPhone 6.

iOS 9 was buggy for me also. Updating seems to have helped though.
