to preserve the phone as much as possible for potential resell later down the line. A used phone in like new condition can get more than a used phone with normal wear

Screen protectors go on as soon as I pull off the protective wrapping.

Just received this case. It seems to be good quality though there's not nearly as much wood as I would have expected for $30. I'm going to rock it until my other cases get in, but I'm almost 100% sure I'll eventually be rocking one of the two Verus cases I bought as a backup as a full time case.

I was wrong. Case is dope. Definitely feels more premium than one of the two cases I got from the Amazon deal. Waiting on the other one, but this case is pretty damn good
