Spoiler that thing. It's a sad sight.
If you live up north I expect it to look like that, though...isn't it still too cold for grass up there?
How much bread should I have stacked up?
Credit score?
Type of loan?
Size vs. Price?
I'm giving myself 2 years before I buy. Any advice so I can get that process in works?

Figured I'd throw some pics of my place up. Got lucky and moved into a house that had been updated: new paint, newish roof, updated kitchen.
*Furniture isn't mine. It was the previous owners furniture.
Only real issue is the backyard. I don't get much sun in the back so the grass is just weeds, moss, and dirt. Hoping to cut down some of the trees blocking the sun and building a new deck this summer.
nice crib. the grass in my backyard looks like shyt as well. no one was taking care of it before we moved in, so I will have my work cut out for me. you got a big deck at least. I got one now as well. can't wait to use it once it gets warmer.
I'm so glad I don't have any trees in my yard. won't have to rake any leaves in the fall. last place I lived had an apple tree which would attract hella squirrels, flies and bees. the squirrels would eat the apples and knock them out the tree, and they would rot and attract bees and flies all summer. I had to throw rotten apples over the fence damn near daily.
Closed last week. Moving in Thursday.
Took $71K to close, mortgage at $2900
1.2 acres, with most of it in the rear and lightly wooded. And a strip meant for a driveway going to other side of block if I wanted a 2nd entrance.Congrats
What's your lot size?

That garden homie posted looks dope. May have to take inspiration and try that next year.
i'm meeting my gardener tonight, some of the stuff he planted last year doesn't seem to be holding up and i think i need a new round of mulch. he told me all the stuff he plants is warrantied for life but i know that mulch is pricey. i'm sure the more stuff he has to replace the more expensive the mulch is going to get.
i know breh. i should butLol. Do your own dirty work.
Home Depot got mulch 5 for $10 round my way
