What's your concern? The financing or the property management?

Both. How'd y'all handle property management and property wear and tear. Also, what are some good vetting services to best ensure we're getting the right kind of tenants and determine if time to fill vacancies in those areas make it not much of a hassle to keep revenue flowing in?

Same situation breh. California been stressing me out with hot garbage starting at a mill.

credit score, pay stubs,1st and last months rent and a security deposit.

So many of these homes are dated as fukk and still getting scooped up immediately with crazy asking prices.

4200sqft though so it’s been worth it.

That's 1,300-1,800 sq ft out here. :mjcry:

I could move back to Michigan and get 4,700 sq ft with an indoor pool for less than what it costs out here. :shaq2:

Anyone with experience renting out condos in Myrtle Beach? Planning on getting one this year and renting it out on Airbnb. I noticed the prices are rising. Just a few months ago you could get a nice 2bdr for $130k. I don't even think that's possible anymore.

It's tough to accurately describe the feeling but it's kinda like expanding your world view. You visit a few places and you realize how much better/nicer other areas of the world are compared to where you've been living.

I'd rather be homeless on the west coast than live in the midwest.
