Do you feel a power difference compared to a gas mower? How much yard are you cutting off one charge?

I'm considering switching to an electric mower this year.

Gotta lot of stuff i want to get done this year, mostly lawn/landscaping related.
Cutting power and effectivness appear to be on par with gas mowers. I was surprised at how well it cuts. Only difference is there are two power modes...a normal output, and a high output. High output automatically kicks in when the system detects that you're cutting high/tough areas of grass . At least this is the case with my model...

I have a Kobalt model. They come in two varieties: 40v and 80v. Unless you have a SUPER SMALL yard, go with the 80v.
Battery life kinda sucks on my 40v to be honest. I only have about .25 acre and it cuts off a good amount during the cut. It doesn't appear to be able to run in "high power" mode for very long. I have an extra battery that I swap out during the cut so it's not too bad. But still...go with the 80v.

Listen guys, please...PLEASE.

Do not fall into the refinancing trap. I am currently looking for listings and the amount of pre/foreclosures are CRAZY. There are people who bought for like 150k back in the day but after refinancing MULTIPLE times they now owe upwards of 500k :mindblown:

I mean, it is more commission for me  but it is sad to get it at the expense of people who couldn't handle being homeowners.
how did they run up that check :mindblown: cash out refi?

I'd say ~$1200 to be safe. It will depend on interest rates, points, type of loan, how much down payment, etc. Your escrow amount is also factored into the total cost, so your property taxes and cost of home owners insurance could change the amount as well.

The Comfort Zone
I think I remember complaining about the bamma that lives above me in my apartment. I literally can't take the shyt anymore and now that someone bought the apartment next to me, I hear them too :scust:

Its the neighbors to the left, below (sometimes), and especially above. Staircase to the right so being on a mid floor I hear people going up and down :snoop:

A top floor unit just opened up in my complex. No neighbors on top or to the sides (just below..hope they ain't crazy :lupe:). Even if the people below are a bit noisy, it is easier to drown out noise below with white noise. I'll be sacrificing some space (bedroom and living room a bit smaller :mjcry:) but the idea of not hearing this nikka walk above me or hearing him fukk reminds me that it'll be worth it. Much less work needed than I thought too :leon: probably won't even have to spend 5gs on everything and that is if I even decide to pay someone to do it.

So, I'm gonna sell my unit. Selling for less than I'd hoped for but I'm still making out with a good ass chunk of change (and I get to cancel the bathroom renovation I had to do for spot that won't need it). I'm making thousands just to switch apartments :lolbron: :blessed:

Planning on getting new windows this year. The guy will charge me $360 for a day's labor and he said he can install about 4 windows in one day. I have 17 windows, most will need to be custom made, but still less than $200 per window. With planning, I can have this out of the way by summer.
