As of today DeLaurentiis Company, the owners of Hannibal, Red Dragon, etc. are still looking for a new network. If it was completely hopeless they would've given up 2 weeks ago. Even after the actors were let go they said "there's a reason we can't comment on that". I don't mean to get your hopes up but they couldn't discuss new contracts in the middle of a negotiation.

Also yesterday someone flat out asked them if fans should give up hope and they said "we still have hope". So they're obviously working on something.

I had my fears by the 10th utterly unnecessary slo-mo shot that this was gonna be the usual fare this season, but they pulled through this time
