i got the same problem. its not bad...but its there. i would like to wash my hair more often....but i only latch my hair every other month and i be trying to make it stretch. i hate when my roots look fuzzy and nappy...i work in a professional setting so i need my shyt to look well maintained.

you been in it 6...i been in it 4. what kinda advice you got? whats your regimen look like? what kinda products you use and for what purpose? what you wear on your head at night?

Ive had dreads for 11 years now. The best advice is to use natural products (home made stuff) and stop playing with your hair. Thats probably the hardest thing to do but once you can master that aspect youre good to go. Drink a lot of water and have a semi routine washing schedule as well.

Do you shave your hair yourself?

If so what do you use?

People bumps and u could help other folks who went bald.

Some people have an ashy bald head :russ:

i havent chopped it off yet its too cold.

i will though no later than july by the time i make 27.

i wont cut it. my barber will. ion know how to do that shyt. the beard i know how to do. i will go weekly. i will use a light hair grease in a small amount to keep my head moisturized

i hate my genetics i went from normal hair cut, to long braids like ludacris, back to hair with waves, to this bullshyt. my hair was always manageable too. never had to do no shyt to it. not the right type of hair for dreads. braids didnt destroy my hairline. genetics did.
