Seriously tho,I'm on level 12,I'm broke as a joke. How do I get my cash flow up?

Easy ways I found were rob stores, sell the Range Rover/Escalade/BMW jawns once a in-game day, and befriend higher level players who'll give you some of their higher level missions that pay out better
and like others have said, try to stay out of petty free roam shootout fukkery
every death is like 2 grand
