If we need to start another crew, i'll throw myself in as leader of The Lannister Crew

Since he the thread starter, I'm proposing @thaKEAF to be the cartel gang leader, The Don.

At least until we get set we don't even have info on max number of people on a cartel and smaller crews. After that he can start the split if necessary.
