Don't go cheap friend. I did and now I have to play bumper cars just to get in and out of my garage. I always see a white dot or two whenever I go to my apartment. In hindsight I wish I bought the $243K one instead. I would say stay away from the cheapest and the most expensive if you're worried about the traffic.
