I need a good Pyro character, Amber is not the business

I guess I need to start the Xiangling.

Amber is good for puzzles and nothing else. Keep her around to switch to for exploration, but she is trash.

Xiangling is probably one of the best 4 star in the game though.

I like Barb, but honestly I can't wait to replace her. Her healing is dope and so is the damage buff from the weapon I got on her. But its getting to the point where I need damage potential at every position.

I need a better comp to get the most out of Venti too. Got him collecting dust

I pretty much just use her for the healing and that damage buff as well. Also her water element mixes well with Fischl’s for damage and crowd control cause it shocks and spreads electricity between adds.

Apparently Bennett can heal as well as do damage so I might look into builds for him.

Facts, she is trash. Only useful for puzzles like you said and shutting down the ruin guards/flying enemies.

Breh I'm not some new jack, I been gaming since the Atari 2600. Played this type of game too.

All I'm saying is people been paying full price for wack games since "E.T.". This shyt is free. Worst case scenario I don't like it, I'll just delete it off my PC.

I got like 4-5 4* weapons just from trying to get characters ironically.
Character roster is cool so far. The only fukked up thing is I got Xiangling like....literally 5-6x.

And then I get her again from the Spiral Abyss.

Well at least that means you got her constellation maxed out then. Even that's difficult to do, considering the RNG needed to make it happen. Only thing that I don't like about the game really, aside from the same thing applying to how to character unlock. I wish there at least was some actual direct choice in the matter for at least one of them. Game is like life tho. Just gotta make the best of the cards you're dealt.

Honestly, if you can roll with some 3 star weapons for a while that have some good stats - do that. Its cheaper, they're easier to refine to a high tier, and some are straight up the best option for characters. I got a claymore that was giving me a barrier and plus 12% damage for 20 seconds that was a 4 star. It was nice for a while. Then I looked at one of my 3 stars that was a flat damage increase against enemies effected by electric and pyro. My team is all electric and pyro so I was getting the flat damage increase all the time. Think it started at 10% - after refining it 4 times it at 24% and its generally always activated. I'm never gonna be able to refine that 4 star as many times because I won't get that many duplicates ever.
