Razor is in the starglitter exchange...but i already got too many electro charactersIs he still worth the pickup for physical damage dps?

Did a 10 spin, got Jade Cutter, c4 Ningguang (really need to get her up to shape but cuz Zhongli dat nikka...), Skyward Harp, another Flute, two stringless bows, and a stringless bow... And more importantly like 24 starglitter

Been neglecting Tales of Arise to get my Genshin characters on point....Feels like I've been neglecting Genshin a bit. How's everyone doing?

I never got a chance at Hu Tao. So im gonna re-up my Welkin moon and Hymn to prep for her*(don't want Tartachilde)
Spent the last hour getting my Jade Cutter up to 80... And Skyward to 50... Ate up so much resin and supplies...

I'm skipping all banners until Hu Tao's so I can go for her C1 and Staff of Homa. She's one of my favorite characters and overall one of the best DPS in the game. She's a monster overall.

C1 Ganyu - C1 Hu Tao - C0 Ayaka are Tier - 0 for DPS meaning they are the top dogs. Everyone without Hu Tao should be grabbing her.
After Hu Tao I think I'm going to start saving until Kazuha re-run, unless they drop a new character which is a monster or that I like aesthetically and playstyle wise.

Her burst is insane and she adds electro damage off field so you're constantly triggering reactions, plus she's one hell of a battery. 9 times outta 10 She's in my party

C0 Baal is one of the best supports/utilities. She boosts every other characters burst damage, contributes with off-field damage with her skill, and deals decent damage with her burst and provides energy regeneration for the whole team.
C2 Baal is brazy. She becomes a main DPS whilst doing all of the preciously mentioned. I think when these rankings get updated next C2 Baal will be tier 0 for sub DPS right next to C6 Xingqiu. And I feel like with time, as more characters with high energy cost bursts are released Baal will get better because her stacks go up faster with those characters. She will have longevity.
in my opinion, only thing holding her from being outright best character in the game is that electro reactions aren't the strongest (at least not as strong as melt and vaporize)
