I would think they'd be able to stick close in turn 1 and get good drive off the corner, and just be close enough to stay in striking distance at the end of the straight. I think you have to be nearly alongside going into the final chicane to have a chance to pass on the start/finish straight.You think Merc would get back in Kemmel, or would the low downforce allow Verstappen or Riccardo to keep them at bay?
Might come down to downforce allowing Mercedes to be close around the corner then DRS to get by on the start/finish?
Same tires as last year because the teams voted against the compounds Pirelli were trying to bring for this year. More load is going through the tires so they're just not as durable.I haven't been watching closely this year but what's the deal with these tires?
