Russell out there doing the damn thing. Looks like a combination of Williams getting a bit better on 1 lap pace and Haas and Alfa Romeo slipping back. Ferrari hanging on for dear life.

The Merc engine and chassis combination are other level. Apparently they are running the highest downforce for any team because they expect rain tomorrow and they are still a second up the road from the other teams.
If it rains tomorrow a few of these cars are going to be sailboats.

I think its intentional by Merc to give up that tow to have relatively clean air in the middle sector.
