I need Checo to pull a Hamilton v Alonso at McLaren this year. I'm almost positive the way Max drives is harder on the car plus he can crack under pressure (his Hamilton battle for that 1st championship he slipped up a ton) so if Checo is constantly there to put pressure on him he might be able to get a championship.

George is a bytch. Last race he question Lewis' pace only to finish behind him; now today Lewis is faster and he decides to hold him up and burn up the advantage from the Mediums.

Russell, however needs to show he can catch Alonzo

He would have burned the tires out and not been able to attack Alonso. That's why the team asked George to let Lewis past. Every team does this.
