My bad, you're right, they changed to the lower DF one in FP3.
The safe strategy is to follow Max through T1, harder for him to run into you that way. A pass into T6 or even T9 would be sufficient.

For sure. It was a great lap, but nothing close to what the SA pole could have been.
I don't think I did although I did post about the possibility before quali.
Either way, its done now. Will be interesting to see how the strategy plays out tomorrow.

Not too bad for Merc. Max on softs means he either has to has to push them hard at the start to build up a gap or if he gets behind Lewis has to push them to keep up. Not really ideal for him either way. I just hope for a clean race tomorrow.
