It looks like that the team needs to be rebuilt as it is old and been together for a while (C dot, Benz, Ramos, Marcelo, then you have Modric who is over 30) Zidane knows this, but with C dot there, pretty much leaves you handicapped and when a team has won everything you either change personnel of the squad or you change the coach.

Well the plan, IIRC from when Roman took over, the clubs aim was to be self sufficient within 10 years, well that past. Bit they had record revenue last season and that was without European Football and with all the talent in their youth ranks and ready to break in to the 1st team. It may be the perfect time to do the transition that has always been spoken about but never really implemented and get the youth players in the line up, if money is tight, due to legalities.
