Ya i've always said that wage structure meant to "foster squad unity through parity" was a complete load of bullshyt. Well Arsene, your great project is finally a total failure. Its actually a bit depressing.
It's sad when you think if they would've stated together and really played with their hearts in it, I think they could've been great.
I mean there was still mistakes (bendtner, the goal keepers, Denison, couple more), but he genuinely found some great players, but they seemed to fukk him over one after another, dunno if it's money orientated or players just wanna be in a winning squad without even playing or if it's a bad atmosphere to be around?
