Ronaldo (after winning the Champions league & Euros) to walk it? Vardy to crash the party? Also, No Sanchez on the list has gotta be a kick in the teeth. Led his national team to Copa America glory and won the Golden Ball.

Wouldn't be surprised if that scumbag Pepe take the gong. After the year of Brexit and Trump, seeing a defender such a Pepe wouldn't be so far fetched.

Ronaldo, Messi, Suarez/Neymar is the top 3 with Ronaldo taking it, it's automatic at this point that Messi and Ronaldo will dominate. I think this one still has the FIFA partnership which means it will favor big name players. France Football used to give players like Matthias Sammer the award.
