Barca vs man city doesnt determine which league is better. You'd be lying to yourself if you said La Liga is a more fun and competitive league then EPL. La Liga narrows down to 2-3 teams while Primier League is wide open.

La Liga isn't anywhere near the EPL. The shyt is a 3 and a half team race. (Sevilla is a perennial Europa contender). Meanwhile, the 4th place team from last year is tied for first with the 2nd place team, the title holders are in 13th. ManU is not even in a Europa spot, Southampton quietly qualified for Europa last season. Tottenham is now a title contender along with Arsenal.

La Liga top four is basically a random arrangement of Barca, Madrid, Atleti, and Sevilla.

Same with Germany and Italy...at this point the EPL is really the only league that has any sort of parity to it.
