Some of that stuff is bordering on post-punk but that's the thing about new wave, you can sorta crowbar songs into it, it's rather vague. I always thought Talking Heads did a good job of straddling that line though, between post-punk and new wave which is why when I think of either of those two genres Talking Heads first pops into my mind.
