Onana and Lavia > Rice and would prob cost half the money. Its just because Rice is English and the media constantly repeating that he's a worth 100 million. Such an average ball player, cant dribble, no left foot, not really quick and plays square balls 90% of the time

tbf big clubs had many chances to sign him and didnt. I guess he got tired of waiting and went for the bag. He's going nowhere with wolves.
