Haaland is just incredible. If Mbappe was keeping pace and not shown being selfish then he'd be getting as much/more hype, especially since he's the face of the biggest sports video game in the world. Add to the fact that his play on the field has been down and what Haaland has been doing in the EPL it's not hard to see why fans are in favor of Haaland. He's also playin in a league that is vastly more visible and accessible to watch for fans.
