Not to come across heartless but are they also not playing for their clubs? I know the local leagues have stopped but those players seem to be playing abroad.

Gone on wiki real quick and it looks like most of the team still comes from Shakhtar Donetsk and Dynamo Kyiv ...

But there have been plenty of national teams that have played on with their countries at war, being invaded, or in the midst of a coup d'etat ... if they can't go, they need to withdraw :manny:

I mean, Asia just had a final qualifying group with Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq and they found a way to finish all their matches :manny:

Tierney might need to be replaced, he sticks out in the team and the injury record is worrying. Might be Teta who has a tendency to kill wing backs. It wouldn't shock me if a LB was bought in the next 2/3 windows.

------------

It's like his record means nothing. Just continues to get decent jobs.
