When I look at Chelseas squad and then the style of play Roman wants, it still doesnt match up IMO. He wants play like Barca but yet the squad is still more suited for hit on the break/counter attackin style

they need one player per line pretty much....one more defender, one more deep lying playmaker/cm...an another striker obviously...Chelsea have enough to make the top 4 easily if they snap up a decent striker in january and maybe another cm...i think they will be fine but obviously they wont be winning any meaningful silverware
