He refused to "black screen" the channel on that BLM protest day.

Rants was pushing him in the direction of recognising implicit bias and in particular Rants said that Ole is only at Man Utd because of it vis-a-vis being yt. Rants left the channel after that due to "censorship". Since then the United Stand shies away from those topics.

They have adopted the "corporate" position of avoid the Ole question, blame the board+owners. People are allowed to critique Ole but not to blame. This is a calculated position based on their viewership and avoiding the likelihood of actually being wrong.

He was also a bit of an *** when he was going up against DT.. note he caused that fight but actually left Rants alone to get physical (thereby avoiding getting into any potential trouble himself) while not stopping Rants. "Start the trouble and don't back up your people when they defend you" - MG. Rants has seen him for what he is so I doubt Rants would be defending MG today.

Bottom line is that MG will make a lot of enemies in the fan channel space.
