Arsenal are only 7 ahead of relegation. There is a good chance we are near the relegation zone.

Arsenal over the last 24 premier league matches have 29 points. That’s relegation form.

yup
and it's not like the defense is suddenly going to get better. And its not like Kroenke going to open up his wallet in january

For real? Both of y'all know better.

The teams in the relegation zone are Watford, Norwich, and Southampton. They are horrible. The next teams above them are Everton, West Ham, and Aston Villa who are all playing worse than Arsenal. Losing 3-0 to Man City isn't an indicator of relegation. That happens to teams against Man City.

You can say I'm wrong math wise, and I'll concede that point because they will need wins, but they can beat Brighton and Burnley and CP (Maybe not Sheffield United) and Aston Villa.

everton is not playing worse than arsenal at the moment

And I wouldn't even say arsenal is playing better than villa, villa has had a tougher schedule recently

liverpool/newcastle/wolves/man united, chelsea, leicester, sheffield united all those teams are top 8 in the table cept newcastle

It’s not that you are wrong with the math, Arsenal isn’t getting wins and have drawn or lost to the teams you are dismissing. They lost to Brighton at home just last week. If we were bodying the small sides but losing to the bigger sides, I wouldn’t be having this conversation.

There was a moment in the 80th minute where Lukaku was on the break with all manner of space and just one defender to beat... what does he do? Runs right INTO the defender. This was the reaction of Lautaro and another Inter player warming up on the sideline:

:laff:

Outside of the National team where he's surrounded by creative talent my man is straight comedic relief.

That's why I'm :unimpressed: when people try and tell me he is elite. He is a an awful footballer, who is at best an above average finisher.

Shyt even in the NT, I don't think he really has scored a meaningful goal for then either.

One of the best round of 16 draws I've ever seen. Not a single boring matchup.

This. R16 had become so boring recently.

But this draw gives more credence to the super league. All teams here were from Europe’s Big 5 leagues. No “minnows” so to speak.
