Everywhere...You never there.
I'm shyting on Maidona because he fought like a desperate amatuer.... Anything for a win I guess.

Low blows.. pushing out of bounds... Hitting behind head... He showed no technique, shyt was embarasssing.:camby:

Yeah. It's a real, awkward, unappealing, brawling style for the most part. He should really try MMA, tho.

cot damn Rich Homie Quan gettin roasted :hovlaff:

Where's the ring, tho?
ohhh.png

Hate it had to be Quan gettin' slayed... at least he was there.

:manny:

one thing is for sure..floyd is slowing down...its not drastic but he is slowing

You might be right man. Just a tad slower it seems. Think it had something to do with that style of fighting from his opponent.

Can somebody post the punch count?

Shyt gon' hurt niccas feelings.

I only caught the last 5 rounds. Totally slipped my mind as I was in video game world. The 5 rounds I saw Floyd killed the guy. All the guy did was throw wild blows that missed. Hit floyds gloves and then he goldberg speared him. Floyd landon crisp shots to dude head and body. Shame I missed the early rounds but from what I saw Floyd owned this guy. I can't stand talking boxing as I was in golden glove and know boxing people think throwing wild punches and shyt wins fights. It doesn't. Its why I love Floyd dude is a master in the ring.

:ohhh: you still alive breh

In low actions rounds the usually give it to the person who's moving forward, or controlling the action
I have to watch the fight again, but it was close just based on that
I never seen mayweather look worried about a decision at the end of a fight

Good to see that 2 out of the 3 judges didn't fall for the okie doke.

if it wasn't for maidana's stamina issues he probably has enough to pull out the victory. his punch output and awkward punching angles were giving floyd fits. you could see the worry on floyd's face. floyd is just always gonna have issues with volume punches...if a fighter lets floyd get comfortable and pot shot, it's a wrap. when they smother him and don't give him room to get off he gets frustrated and sloppy. I also think maidana's slight height advantage was part of the problem for floyd too. the shoulder roll wasn't as effective because chino was coming over the top. don't really think it was age why floyd looked slower, I think maidana's constant pressure and attack just took a toll on him. floyd hasn't had to work that hard defensively since castillo. all of a sudden broner's loss to maidana doesn't look that bad:lupe:

MMA people need to stop commenting on boxing, they think the person who is the aggressor and throws a bunch of punches (most of em missing) will win, and especially if it's against Mayweather. I don't think they have the eye to see Floyd slipping most of those punches and landing the cleaner shots.

We all know Floyd wasn't gonna hurt Maidana, but he caught him with the cleaner more powerful blows the last two rounds he hurt him with some shots
Maidana couldn't land shyt but his rough housing tactics, Maidana had good strategy, he kept his body on floyd and tired, but he got his second wind
and started dominating the last 4 rounds

I gotta watch the fight again, I thought Floyd needed a KD to win, I thought they were gonna give some of this rounds to Maidana, but I gotta watch it again

id say whoever fights floyd in the near future that has fast hands will make things very interesting for him

No one respects brawlers idiot. How many great brawlers are lionized in the annals of boxing history?

Just face the fact you don't know shyt about boxing. If you want to see a brawl, watch UFC breh.
No, you just can't grasp the simple concept of a fighter being effective you dumb fukk. It's irrelevant if he was brawling or not. If anybody could do that to Floyd then they would have done it by now. Keep pretending like you know shyt about boxing yourself when you're just a Floyd Mayweather fan because All Access and 24/7 got your dikk hard, foh.:camby:

Good fight. Once again Floyd gets pushed to fight outside of his comfort zone like the Cotto fight and says that he 'wanted to give the fans a show'.

I'm sure his stans will parrot that shyt for months to come
Nah I'm a super Floyd stan but that fight could and probably should have been a draw

Brolic... Alcoholics

:pachaha: CASUAL.
I TALK BOXING DAMN NEAR EVERYDAY AT WORK.

WHAT DID CHINO DO?
HE CAUGHT MONEY WITH ABOUT 6 CLEAN PUNCHES THE WHOLE FIGHT...
AND ABOUT 3 OF THOSE WERE IN THE 1ST ROUND.

HE LOOKED LIKE AN AMATEUR WITH ALL THAT WILD SWINGING.

CHINO WAS BUSY WHEN MAY WOULD LAY ON THE ROPES
BUT HE WASNT HITTING HIM WITH shyt...
JUST SWINGING AWKWARDLY...

HE WAS OUTCLASSED EVERY TIME MAY DECIDED TO STAY IN THE MIDDLE IF THE RING.

BULL RUSHING A nikka INTO THE ROPES ISNT BOXING.

MONEY HIT HIM WITH CLEANER SHOTS WITH HIS BACK ON THE ROPE THAN HE WAS ABLE TO DO IN ANY POSITION.

MAY HURT HIM A FEW TIMES...
MAY WAS NEVER IN DANGER OF GETTING HURT.

I CALLED THE SCORE BEFORE IT WAS ANNOUNCED IT AND I WAS RIGHT.

YOU SEEM MAD HURT FOR WHATEVER REASON.

Yeah.... I stopped reading when you said he looked like an amateur. That alone tells me you've never seen amateurs fight. And if you tell me you have, I won't believe you. You're just running with what Floyd said about Pacquiao/Bradley and running with it.

If I'm mad or hurt it would be becuz I've seen some pretty shytty scoring from judges lately. Probably within the last year. Just really bad judging.

The margin wasn't that big. I personally don't think he won but I will say it was close and if he did win it was really close.

The judge that scored the draw like aggressive, busier fighters regardless if they land punches or not. Clearly Maidana was not accurate and i'm sure his connect percentage was very low compared to Mayweather. But Maidana was the busier fight and most rounds pressed Mayweather against the ropes in which some judges would consider that an edge to win a round as well.

You honestly I thought he was distracted with all that shyt going on with his ex. You don't go on the radio pouring your heart out over some bytch the day before your fight. So I was worried he wasn't focused. That and the fact Maidana had the 17lb weight come up, so you knew he was gonna be strong.
