If you're going to play on the counter just get Frimpong or Malen on the right and Gakpo on the left. Zirkzee down the middle and Xavi coming up from deep. Xavi looked miserable out there but with someone in front of him who doesn't squander the ball every time he would do better. Matter of fact a 3-4-3 with all the good CB's they have...Frimpong and Maatsen wing back.
