stephen A shouldn't have stood his ground instead of backing down to zeke

of course zeke gonna feel that way because he's a great player

Tony Parker is a great player but he is not a superstar at all

however being a superstar has nothing to do with rings

Penny Hardaway was a superstar in his prime without question

Barkley was a superstar which is why he's still famous till this day

Lebron was a bigger super than Duncan before he had won any rings when duncan had 4

Lebron was a superstar the day he got in the league, the money from his endorsement deal was more than any other player ever

lets be serious, Isiah was a superstar from the get go and so was jordan

now cp3 isn't a superstar but it's not because he doesn't have rings, i think people throwing shade at him because they don't think he deserves the advertisements and things of that nature

yes and no.

to me a guys like Bron and Jordan were superstars when they walked into the league. but CP3 is not a superstar IMO.

to me a superstar is a guy I can see being the #1 option of a championship team. I simply can't see CP3 doing that. To me there are only 4 superstars in the league. Kobe, LeBron, Durant, and Melo. Dirk, Duncan, and KG are also the only other former superstars in the league. no one else deserves the superstar label.

Wade is superstar, he led his team to the ring as their best player, long before bron, kobe, dirk did.
D Rose was/is a superstar, youngest mvp ever in league history. Injuries have been a burden.

Dwight was a superstar in Orlando pre back injury

no. the refs led the Heat to that ring. and Dwight is not a superstar. he got lucky leading Orlando to that one finals like AI did in 2001.

So was AI not a superstar then?

never felt he could win a ring as the best player on the team

my criteria is that. only dudes right now without rings that I can see getting the chip as the alpha male is Durant and Melo. main reason I want Melo in chicago. so he can shut up all these fakkits throwing darts at him.

I sort of agree with you. To me you have to be a top 3 or 5 player to be labeled a superstar player. Only the best of the best. Disagree with you on Melo obviously and Rose was never a superstar.

:russ: wat he say?

Basically he said that it didn't mean much because they were still going to play out there for the Clippers and keep making him money. Plus he's said countless times that he knows that the team won't boycott him because they "like him". If that isn't a big enough slap in the face for them, I don't know what is.
