not early fall but Fox will definitely need it before January.
but they don't want to do a 22 ep season
i think they'll do 6 or 8 in the fall and the rest in the spring to get to 16 eps for the season.
i wish they would just rock 12 straight in the spring again though. don't mess w/ a good thing.
