Agreed. It's still good but probably should have been 4 to 6 episodes. Seems like they stretched it out a bit to far for me.

The dude playing Ali could’ve been better but I came around to him eventually. Kevin Hart’s good too & fits his character pretty well, I don’t understand the hate.

Yeah the writing and "twist" these last two episodes is a bit eh. The mother was the true leader turn was cringey. Totally unnecessary "intrigue".

Even with Kevin Hart's indulgences (and frankly it's his production company and he is entitled to it). This is still one of the most entertaining shows I've watched in a long time and the cast has been great. Kev put a lot of brothers and sisters from the big and small screen to work and he deserves what ever accolades.
The mama's boy angle was a bit to tropey though it's great to see the queen Debbie Allen back on TV.

The deaths of the main antagonist was written so poorly.
