Didnt use FBA at all, just made my own store and advertised it myself
That's good, I was asking about the fulfillment. I saw you mention FBA earlier and thought you might've been using them to do it. You dropshipping or fulfilling the orders yourself?

how do you deal with refunds and your bank? what your chargeback/refund ratio?
How are yall handling customer service for the long wait times?

how long does it take to ship to customers then and what was your expenditure for that venture?

-Going to start advertising through Reddit, they allow you to target specific subreddits and there are 2-3 that I need desperately.
-Going to test out some FB ads, but I'm still not sure how effectively I can target my niche there. I have plenty of pixel/IG data so I may use it to retarget people.

If you are willing to risk buying upfront or you have steady demand something like a face mask would be extremely to buy in bulk, then ship out in little mailers with USPS 1st class 3-4 day shipping.
