As far as the whole Shuma-Gorath/Gargantos debate....

Keep in mind Marvel comics are only allowed to use Shuma-Gorath because they publish the Conan The Barbarian comics. Shuma-Gorath isn't a Marvel creation or, as far as I know, owned by them.

Now, does the comic rights extend to the big screen as well? No idea.

So that might be Shuma-Gorath but they had to change the name for the movie.

I've read that Gargantos works for Shuma so maybe they're just throwing us a curveball in the trailer

Its possible Shuma might be the big bad in this movie that wont be revealed til the end

Only reason I'd believe that's actually Shuma is if he's a one off villain. Now do I personally believe that's him? No I think that's Gargantos and Shuma will appear in his real form at the end of the film to battle Dr. Strange and Wanda maybe. Shuma is too big of a threat to be treated like some phase 1 MCU one off villain
